Well, we COULD stop using high fructose corn syrup, but that's one of the few things I'm not an optimist about. :(

Ideally, we would have much greener urban areas with food-growing being something that's done, like, at the office.  I would glady accept part of my pay in fresh veggies.  We could also encourage small-scale farming, like allowing ( Read more... )
